                SOY PANEER STUFFED PARATAS

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS                                            QUANTITY

 

Wheat flour                                                         -           500  gms

Water to knead the dough

Tofu(Soy Paneer)                                                -           250 gms

Onion                                                                    -            60  gms

Coriander Leaves                                                -            10  gms

Green Chillies                                                      -            10  gms

Garam Masala Powder                                       -            10  gms

Salt to Taste .

Refined Oil                                                           -             60  ml    

 

METHOD

 

Knead wheat flour into a smooth dough.  For filling, mix mashed tofu,finely chopped green chillies,onion and coriander leaves.Add salt and gharam masala.Stuff and fry in refined oil .Serve hot with  seasoned curd and pickles.
